Vinyl Decals: An Overview These are die-cut decals, meaning they come without a background. If a background color is shown in the picture, it is simply used as an example. The actual background color will be the color of the surface where you place the sticker, or it will be clear if you apply it to a window.

Vinyl Decals comprise three key components: 1. The top layer is a transparent transfer tape that holds the decal or sticker together until it is applied. 2. The middle layer is the actual decal or sticker, sandwiched between the Application Tape and the Wax Backing. 3. The bottom layer is the wax backing, which protects the adhesive until the decal is ready to be applied.

Application Tips 1. Do not apply decals on surfaces that are extremely cold or hot. The ideal temperature range is between 60°F and 90°F. 2. Avoid touching the adhesive backing, as oils from your skin can prevent the sticker from adhering properly. 3. Before applying the decal, ensure that the surface is free of wax or oily products.

Application Instructions 1. Rub the sticker to ensure that the transfer tape is properly adhered to it. 2. Clean and dry the desired application area thoroughly. Stickers will adhere best to clean, smooth surfaces. 3. Slowly remove the wax backing, making sure the sticker remains attached to the transparent transfer tape. 4. Carefully position the sticker on the desired area. 5. Rub the sticker from one side to the other, eliminating any air bubbles. 6. Use an object like a credit card to ensure the entire sticker is fully adhered to the surface. 7. Slowly remove the transfer tape, making sure no part of the sticker remains on it. 8. Check for any remaining air bubbles. In most cases, these can be worked to the edge of the sticker, but if not, a pin hole can be used to release the air and make the bubble virtually invisible.
